5. Payment

a. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or late fees will be applied.

b. All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our service agreement.

c. If a payment is 7 days late, a late fee of 10% will be added to the invoice.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Any content, designs, or materials created by us for your website remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

b. You grant us a license to use your content and materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the engagement confidential.

8. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any terms specified in the service agreement. If you are cancelling an SEO campaign, we require 14 days notice before the renewal date.

b. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due, and any work in progress may be withheld until payment is received.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from the use of our services or any third-party services or products recommended by us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or your website.

11. Dispute Resolution
